It’s that time of year again. Time to take a new hour to Edinburgh and show it off.
My new show is called Your New Favourite Poet. It’s eight new poems packed full of thigh-slapping sensationalism and grotesque characters like kung-fu fighting copper Jean Claude Gendarme and odious political cheats The Crumps. There’s also a chilling retelling of the Raoul Moat story and a b movie set in the Essex town of Brentwood. The themes are Britain, the press and good old fashioned bawdy fun.
I play THE UNDERBELLY for 5 nights only. 22-26 August. 6.30pm.
